When booking an appointment for your child, if you know I will have to go through a lot to complete the service "Please" inform me before scheduling.
Please be completely honest with us because we are not going to deny services for your child.
Be mindful of the style you choose for your child based on what you know they can handle and sit still for. I am very patient and can handle crying and moving around, however, if your child can go to the extreme, I need to be well aware so I can plan accordingly.
"NO WORRIES" The appointment may take longer but the job will be finished.
Unfortunately, Washing & Blow-Drying services are currently not available.
Please inform me when booking if your child has short, damaged, or bold sections. Once again, I would like to know so that their style will fit. If you book and show up for the appointment and I am not aware and unable to do your child's hair, you would need to reschedule or pick a style that works for your child and me.
Hair is Included for all children scheduled for a braided style with added hair. Beads are also available with your child's style you would just have to inform me of the color and size for style. ( It is ok if you supply your own beads) I use the "Ruwa" kid's brand of hair! A picture of the brand is located in this collection.
Before booking your child's appointment please be sure you know what style you want. For my little girls whether you want added hair, color, or beads. Due to timing and your child's patience, when appointments are made any items or products that are needed are purchased for the style. Whatever you book for your child will be given unless the style takes less time to complete or the change has been approved by me.
I ask that if you plan to take advantage of our drop-off option please do not drop your child off with any Phones, Tablets, iPads, etc. for them to use during their appointment. I allow all my kid clients to have total control of my TV to watch whatever they want with of course limitations for my Teenage clients. Now if I'm servicing a Teenager with a phone or tablet it's okay. I also have my own tablet for the kids to use when they're here if need be. This will give them a break from their electronics, have them stay focused, and also give me time to bond with them.
If you are running late or something important has come up and you can not make your appointment, "Please" text or call. I do not charge any fees because I know that times can be difficult. I understand things happen and I do not mind working with you.
